Friends of the
New Fairfield Senior Center
The Friends of the New Fairfield Senior Center is a separate nonprofit 501(c)3 organization whose purpose is to provide additional funds and community support for programs that benefit and enhance the lives of New Fairfield's older residents.
The Friends seek and welcome new members and fresh ideas for their projects and fundraising events. Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of the month at the Senior Center.

We created a townwide event to benefit all of us. Following the themes of Earth Day “Reduce, Reuse, ”, We challenged groups and individuals to take a used wooden chair and make it into something new and appealing. We are so grateful to those friends of the Friends of the Senior Center for taking up the challenge and to those who came to bid.
