The Danbury Farmers' Market is held every Saturday from June 21 to Oct 18th from 9-1 on the Green in Danbury. Parking at the Patriot garage just across the street is free for those attending the market. If it rains the market is held in the Patriot Garage on the 4th level.
If anyone is on SNAP they can get their SNAP benefits doubled for what they spend at the market- just visit the Market tent on the green.
-
If you receive the state farmers market cards, the $40 value will be doubled - they will double $20 at first and then an additional $20 later in the season.
-
Twice a month there will be a cooking demo on the green and anyone attending will receive a $15 coupon to spend at the market.
-
There are community organizations there, and periodically there are health screenings as well. Each week there is music and sometimes other activities as well.

People can sign up for the weekly email or weekly text messages as well to find out what is happening that week. This can be done by going to the website
